Services : Arriving at Shopmobility
What happens on arrival at Shopmobility?
On arrival at the Centre you will be met by a member of staff who will ask you for proof of identity and to complete a form for insurance purposes.
If you need training in the use of the equipment, it will be provided. This service must be pre-booked.
When you and the staff are confident you can handle it, off you go. At the end of your visit return the equipment to the Centre - it's as simple as that.
